Cara Harbstreet
Hi Grayson, it's Kara. I wanted to share a couple of thoughts to um, get in for version 2.0. Oh, So as far as the questions that you have, I'll just jump right in. And so before working with you, I was very new to private practice and just really figuring out what I wanted my business to look like. I was having a hard time nailing down who my ideal client was and the type of nutrition that I really wanted to focus on and to make them the best use of my time. The primary reason that I was hesitant to sign up was it was a big investment and up until that point I was having a hard time really embodying the sense of that sometimes you have to spend money to make money.
And so this was the first time that I was willing to really invest a little chunk of change into my business in order to suit the type of growth and results that I wanted to them.
And after signing up, I realized that that most certainly was the case because I started treating my business a lot more seriously and dedicating the time and focus to it, that it really needed for it to start growing the way that I wanted it to them. So I've definitely changed my beliefs about money and I think the biggest difference is that I started to value myself and my services in a totally different way.
Being in private practice has given me the freedom to charge what I feel my services are worth and to be a lot more selective about the type of work that I'm doing and who I'm doing it for.
So I think that's a big progression and a huge difference as far as today compared to where I was just a few months ago.
So I'm really excited for 2018. This is going to be the first year that I'm a hundred percent working in private practice and I don't have the distractions of a corporate job either part time or full time. And I can really use my time very wisely to start crafting the type of life that I wanted to have. So I would say if anyone sort of on the fence about working with Grayson, I would ask yourself just how serious you are about moving your business forward. And if that's not an immediate goal, then I would say maybe it's not the best fit for you,
but if you really want to start seeing a difference in the types of clients that you're working with and the revenue that you can bring in through working with them I would encourage you to consider it because it's made a big difference in my practice in a fairly short amount of time.
So I hope that's helpful information. I'm really looking forward to version 2.0. thank you.
