Crystal Karges

Hey everyone, my name is Crystal and I'm a registered Dietitian in private practice out of San Diego, California. And I'm excited to share a little bit about my experience in the Profitable Practitioner with Grayson Carter and how this program has just been so instrumental in me transforming my private practice. So I think the main reason I was really hesitant about signing up for this program originally was really just about time. I'm a busy mama of four and one on the way and just wasn't sure if this was something that I could realistically devote the time to, to get my investment out of.

I realized after signing up for this program that it was something that was totally doable.

The information is kind of spread out over weeks, which made it a lot easier for me to kind of digest and take through step wise, like one step at a time. And it was something I could really do at my own piece. Which was great, especially with my schedule and it ended up working out really well and

I'm super glad that I ended up deciding to do it, and also after signing up I realized that I had the benefit of this amazing community of other Dietitians who are also in private practice

and that has been one of the aspects of the program, one of many that I just have really loved and enjoyed. I think as entrepreneurs, especially as Dietitians in private practice, I think it can be very isolating and lonely at times and confusing, you know, just not really knowing what are the best steps to pursue to really escalate in my practice and get it to the place that I want it to be. So in addition to having, um, the invaluable material and guidelines that are part of the profitable practitioner with Grayson, it's just been amazing to also be part of a community of other like-minded Dietitian. So I really enjoyed that part of the program too.

As a result of going through the program, I have seen amazing transformation in my business. I think prior to the program I had really been, stuck in terms of knowing what are the most effective ways to market myself, what are the best ways to kind of streamlined my services and I was really just getting whatever patients I could for income, and then

after going through the profitable practitioner, I have really learned effective marketing strategies to really reach my target audience and work more with my ideal client and to scale my services in a way that are not only more effective but more profitable for me.

And that has been an amazing results of this program. Also, this program has really been helpful in transforming my beliefs as a practitioner. I think I've always kind of struggled knowing, you know, what is my value, what do I offer, what are my services worth? And going through this program has really helped me to better identify that and to be more confident in who I am as a Dietitian and what I can offer a private practice. I am super excited about continuing to implement the strategies. I'm in private practice and grow at a level that I feel I'm really comfortable with in

my practice has definitely grown since the time that I've been in the profitable, profitable practitioner and I'm excited to see it grow even more and to ideally be at a place where, you know, I can spend more time with my kids

and I'm also just have those strategies in place to continue to serve my clientele effectively. And that's one thing that has been amazing is to take on clients that are my ideal clients and who fit well with my services, and to not feel like I have to take on any type of client. just to keep myself afloat in business. So I'm excited to continue doing that and to continue reaching those people that I'm very passionate about serving. I would say if you're on the fence about working with Grayson to definitely consider giving it a try. I was definitely nervous about cost and time and I think was hesitant for a long time committing to it because I wasn't sure if I would see my investment back. But I most definitely have, and again, this has been a program that I've been able to realistically go through even with a busy schedule of having four kids at home, trying to run a small business, so it's been something that has been invaluable for me as a Dietitian in private practice. And I would say that you would most definitely get a lot of great information out of this that can help you scale your practice to where you want it to be in, to more effectively market yourself, build a practice and reach those clients that you are passionate about serving. So I hope this helps too. I hope it helps you if you're on the fence and good luck wherever you are in practice.
